Gym Just one of those things

A few years ago now, I realised that I was due to have bones of glass at some stage in my future. I work at a desk, don't use many muscles at all. So I decided it was time to join a gym. I've been a member for some time and go 3 times a week. While it hasn't changed my overall weight, it has prevented any more of that dread girth expansion. And it has increased my strength and aerobic capacity quite a lot. So all up, a gym is an excellent thing for a middle aged female who spends way too much time at a desk.
